Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson was born in Mexico into a family that included musicians. When she was a kid, she listened to a lot of traditional music as well as old Boleros. In addition, she was a fan of traditional ranchero and romantic ballads. Ana loves tangos as well opera and dramatic performances. Ana began learning and singing music with her mother, then began more intense vocal training when she was 16 working with the famous Mexican tenor Flavio Becerra. At the School of Music of Guadalajara University as well as the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico continued her music education. In Guadalajara and Mexico City, she was a member of many chamber and opera choirs. She sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus in the United States before moving to Southern California. She's a frequent solo performer for private events and parties, performing the traditional Latin American Music. She has been involved with a number of local initiatives in both teaching and performer because of her love for music and arts. Ana was a former part of the Community Chorus of Redlands (as as Inland Master Chorale) and Performance Loft. Ana loves to sing classic Latin American songs and hopes to inspire others to sing the same.
